Atlantis Chess was my first game project at Games Academy. The team and I designed a game similar to chess but with simplified rules for children at the age of 8. The game had four cards that gave players an extra ability. I drew and painted the Queen and Kraken cards, our goal in terms of illustration was to keep it simple and colorful to appeal to younger audiences.
